Return Policy

A happy you makes a happy us. If you’re not 100% excited to wear your new piece, we can offer a return or exchange within the first 30 days of your item’s delivery. Simply email us at sunrise@theheldcompany.com and we’ll take care of it for you!

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY DETAILS:

We are happy to accept like-new products for returns or exchanges IF it is shipped back within 30 days of your order being delivered. 

Some things of which to take note: 

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: We will always provide free shipping on exchanges.
• For Returns: The $3 return label amount will be debited from the refunded amount. 
• Return shipping label: You have 10 days from creating the return label for the package to be scanned/sent for the return to be accepted.”

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We like to rock and roll and take care of business as soon as possible, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
