Satellite Necklace

We use solely high quality metals, stones and gems so that you can enjoy wearing your pieces for whatever your day holds.

Sterling Silver: Silver is a bright, classy metal that instantly upgrades your appearance. (Even if you’ve got a top knot kind of day going on!) It’s a tough metal that packs a punch but doesn’t weigh down your hand, ears or neck…or wrist or ankle etc. the list could go on and on.

14kt Gold Fill: Heat and pressure are used to bond a thick layer of 14kt gold to a core metal (usually a high quality jeweler’s brass made up of 90% copper and 10% zinc) in the making of gold-filled metal. The thick 14kt gold layer is bonded to all sides of the core metal, which means that if treated right, your piece will be with you for the long haul. *It is possible for gold-filled pieces to tarnish, but a specific set of circumstances is required for it to do so, so read your care instructions.*

HOOPS:

Our hoops come in 1.5 diameter (medium) and 2.5 diameter (large)

RINGS:

We use standard US ring sizing and craft our rings in whole sizes only. If you think you’re between sizes it’s best to size up to the larger size.

• If you are unsure of your ring size, simply take a piece of string and measure the circumference of the band, then measure the length of the measure using a ruler or measuring tape. 
• For midi rings, it’s a good idea to go down two to three sizes from the usual size you wear on that finger. We recommend our Hammered Joy Ring for a classy but sassy look.

BRACELETS:

Our bracelets are made to order, so simply measure your wrist, select the size that most closely matches and voila…arm candy incoming. To decide on your desired length, wrap a piece of string around your wrist, making sure to leave as much space as you desire between the bracelet and your wrist. Finally, measure that string with a ruler or measuring tape.

NECKLACES:

Layering Chains - Most of our layering chains are made in lengths of 16” and 18”. Because necklaces lay differently on each body type, it is important to measure your own neck to see how many inches = comfort for you. To find your desired length, take a piece of string, wrap it around your neck until it’s where you want the necklace to lay, then measure that string with a ruler or measuring tape.

Chokers -

Our chokers measure 14”- 15”. Chokers are made to fit close to the neck and above the collarbone.

Has caring for your jewelry become old-hat? Or if you just want to make sure your jewelry lasts as long as possible, this is for you.

Storage: Storing your pieces in an airtight container (particularly sterling silver) when you’re not wearing them, will help keep oxygen, chemicals (like hair spray, perfume, etc.) and moisture from negatively impacting your jewelry. These three elements are guilty of making the most brilliant pieces dull.

Chemicals: Even though we know our jewelry are quality pieces - and can handle sun, sweat and water - it’s best to avoid extreme exposures. Definitely steer clear of hot tubs, saunas, spas, pools and chlorine.

Cleaning and Polish: Any polishing cloth or method of choice will do…however we are partial to the Sunshine Polishing Cloth.

A happy you makes a happy us. If you’re not 100% excited to wear your new piece, we can offer a return or exchange within the first 30 days of your item’s delivery. Simply email us at sunrise@theheldcompany.com and we’ll take care of it for you!

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY DETAILS:

We are happy to accept like-new products for returns or exchanges IF it is shipped back within 30 days of your order being delivered. 

Some things of which to take note: 

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: We will always provide free shipping on exchanges.
• For Returns: The $3 return label amount will be debited from the refunded amount. 
• Return shipping label: You have 10 days from creating the return label for the package to be scanned/sent for the return to be accepted.”

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We like to rock and roll and take care of business as soon as possible, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
